THE SCHOOL:
Come and safely ride in the Pays des Écrins' best mountain biking spots, supervised by
experienced instructor-guides (MCF)
The pleasure of a made-to-measure ride: courses (2, 3, 4 or 5 days), half-
day or private lessons to get started or improve and practise your
mountain bike techniques.
Mountain bike descending routes (All Mountain): pure pleasure on a descending profile, opposite the glaciers kitted out with elbow and knees pads, helmet and gloves, follow the guide on the
single tracks and forest trails.
Downhill mountain biking (Free ride): with safety equipment (back protector, elbow and knee pads,
full-face helmet, gloves) and bikes adapted to the profile of the terrain and your morphology, you
will learn how to ride raised bends, bumps and bridges one after the other.
- Mountain bike enduro: in the wilder zones of the Écrins, in small groups for
athletic and technical outings to learn to how to handle hairpin bends,
obstacles and hurtle on down!
- Mountain biking for children: sessions specially aimed at children combining technique
at the bike park and descending run. Equipped with elbow and knee pads, helmet and gloves,
and a suitable bike for half or full day outings with the possibility for other activities
(Rafting, climbing, via ferrata) Ask for the programme.
From age 4 private ‘no stabilisers’ lessons using suitable teaching methods
that are safe and adapted to young children (dandy horse, bicycle games, mini circuit at the bike park, etc.).
The Tiki Bike school is also a school for road cycling to learn about
stamina and performance during an excursion and ride in safe conditions.
Off-season: Mountain bike outings by request. Multi activity, road cycling from 2 to 6 days.
