Located in Le Château, in the hamlet of La Piarre, the Gîte l'Edelweiss is in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales Regional Nature Park, offering a relaxing and wild setting.

Our lovely stone barn has been renovated by us and is attached to our house.
It has three rooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Each room has a small wooden dressing room. The kitchen is well equipped: dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine...
The bathroom has a double shower, toilet and washing machine.
A beautiful and bright living room that opens onto a private terrace with a Nordic bath (optional).
You will have access to TV and wifi (the telephone network is capricious inside the house).
Private parking.
Bed linen, towels and household linen are included in the price as well as cleaning.
Ideal to recharge your batteries in the middle of nature at an altitude of 1060 m. (You will find all the necessary amenities 15 minutes from the gîte).
Our gîte has been awarded 3 stars in the classification of furnished tourist accommodation by the Hautes-Alpes departmental tourist agency.
This classification offers you a guarantee of the quality of the accommodation.
For a special occasion or romantic evening, for 2 people maximum, I propose to prepare a nice gourmet board for 40 €: cheeses, cold cuts..., thank you to warn me 48h in advance.
The Nordic bath: come and discover our Finnish bath, very popular in Scandinavian countries.
You will experience a unique moment with your family, friends or even as a couple in a tank of heated water (about 38°C) thanks to a wood stove (6 people).
After a hike or just for fun, you will immediately feel the benefits and well-being.
Day or night, in the sun, under the snow or under the stars, you will love it!
Equipped with hydrotherapy with a multitude of air bubbles for a gentle back massage.
The Nordic bath is optional for an additional 50 € per Nordic bath.
Bathrobes are included.
The bath will be prepared by us, please let us know in advance when you would like it.
If you need baby equipment, please let me know so that I can prepare it for your arrival.

The Buëch (a river), the Germanette, the lake of Veynes (lakes and games for children) and the lake of Riou for those who love swimming and fishing.
Sigottier and the village of Orpierre for climbing enthusiasts.
Super Dévoluy for those who love the good atmosphere of the ski resorts and strong sensations.
For those who want to get into the air, it is possible from the top of the Montagne de Chabre, delta jumps or paragliding. And just below, the gorges of the Méouge. Magnificent !
