Housed in a beautiful chalet built in traditional Briançonnais style. The gîte adjoins another dwelling and is located in a small hamlet at the foot of the Col de l'Isoard. In summer, ideal for hiking and other mountain activities (climbing, via ferrata, mountaineering, mountain biking, canyoning and white-water activities). In winter, groomed toboggan run opposite (50m away). From the chalet, access to 42 km of cross-country trails. Departure point for ski touring and snowshoeing. Close to the Serre Chevalier alpine ski area. The owner, a mountain guide, can advise or accompany you. Arranged over 3 levels, it features a separate entrance, a very large 50 m² living room with integrated kitchen opening onto a dining and lounge area, a children's playroom and a private sauna. 5 bedrooms (2 x 2-person 160cm beds and 6 x 1-person beds), 2 of which have en-suite shower rooms or toilets. 2 separate toilets and a shared shower room on the first floor.
