This village house, a former breeder's house that has been entirely restored, is located in the village of Le Monêtier, 600m from the slopes and 150m from the shops and restaurants. The old frame, preserved, gives it, at the same time as its modernity, a traditional look in which you will feel good.
In the upper part of the Bourg, facing south, it enjoys a beautiful view of the Guisane valley and the Monêtier glacier.
Organised like most old houses, it has two entrances:
. on the one hand on a pedestrian alley giving access to a large entrance and a vaulted living room (former stable).
On the other hand, at the back, the door of the old barn which has become a large storage area for all your equipment, luggage, skis, bicycles, etc., opens onto the kitchen - dining room and the staircase to the bedrooms.


Four bedrooms on the upper floors:
A 16m2 double bedroom under the roof with a 160x200 bed with its own bathroom and a bay window onto a balcony.
. a double room with a 140cm bed on a south-facing terrace.
. a single room with a 90cm bed on the same terrace.
. a room with two 90cm beds facing east.

The living room has two three-person sofas, two armchairs, a wardrobe with board games and tourist documentation, IGN maps.
Fireplace with wood burning stove. Nespresso machine and printer-scanner available.
