Over the years, the Monêtier les Bains cattle fair has become the most important in the department, with up to 350 cattle in previous editions. The aim of this rural and agricultural event is to encourage and promote the cattle market, with horse owners coming from Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Auvergne, the Massif Central, the Pyrenees and even Italy
