What is it?
The SUP is a large surfboard on which you stand, very stable, accessible to everyone from 6 to 77 years old... You move around using a long paddle. It is a great way to move around, ecological, without noise, you can go everywhere, or almost... The SUP allows you to stay in good physical shape.
Discover the shores of the lake, its creeks and islands in SUP, coaching, hiking, course packs, rental starting from the beach of Bois Vieux, in Rousset or starting from other sites before and after season.
What to do :
Discover the Serre-Ponçon lake in a different way, the Baie Des Lionnets, its fauna and flora with a breathtaking view of the Serre-Ponçon dam. Between Durance and Ubaye. We will certainly come across schools of fish or deer on the banks. Fun, very accessible, for the whole family.
An activity to be practised with the whole family, from 6/7 years old: children will be proud to be independent and to practise with their parents; their self-esteem will be reinforced.
The new SUP Yoga course
The courses are given by a qualified Hatha Yoga teacher We are the only ones to offer real yoga sessions on a stand up.
The principle is to perform the yoga postures ( Hatha Yoga), on the SUP, the approach is progressive. There is no need to practice SUP or Yoga before starting SUP Yoga. The calm and serenity brought by the marine environment will open the doors to new sensations.
We reassure you that SUP Yoga is for everyone!
White water activities: Stand UP Paddle is also practiced in rivers: SUP River.
We are pioneers of SUP River in the Hautes Alpes and in France.
If you already practice SUP or if you are a sportsman, we offer a global approach of the activity, on adapted courses in complete safety.

The Club : weekly
We also have a Club section for a regular practice of SUP. The objectives are paddling techniques, gestures and posture, turning techniques, overall approach to navigation (safety, choice of routes, weather...)
The club also organises outings to other bodies of water.
