Marine Tatibouet - Vertical Zénith
VIA FERRATA :
> The Via ferrata des Etroits (Saint Etienne en Dévoluy), with its first part : 'La Traversée des Baumes' (accessible from 12 years old), ideal for a discovery of the activity, its beautiful itinerary goes up the Souloise river until the entrance of the canyon of the Etroits (duration about 1h30)
The 'Voie Vertigo', the second part of the via ferrata des Etroits, is more physical and vertical, as it crosses the sublime canyon des Etroits on both sides; this second part is accessible from 12 years old (cumulated duration of the crossing of the bays and the vertigo: 3h to 3h30).
> The via ferrata of the Gorges d'Agnielles, from 6/7 years old, very playful for all the family members. This horizontal via ferrata, sometimes wooded, sometimes vertical, sometimes using caves, is very interesting for an initiation, especially since it ends with a beautiful abseiling. Ideal for families so that everyone can have fun together. Duration 2h30.
CLIFF CLIMBING
> Climbing session for beginners or climbers wishing to progress. From 6 years old, ideal to spend a good half-day with family or friends.
> Once the ropes are installed on the rock, let the instructor guide you to learn the rope knot, to understand how to belay your climbing partner, and to take the appropriate descent position once you reach the top of the route.
> This half-day session will be convivial with games and exercises chosen according to the age and desires of the participants and will be rich in emotion and learning.
> Duration of the session 2h30 to 3h.
INDOOR CLIMBING
> Climbing on an artificial wall is a good way to learn or progress in climbing. The sessions on ropes are accessible from 6 years old, with family or friends.
> The wall of the Sport Center of Dévoluy is a recent wall offering many climbing profiles and up to 18 m of climbing.
> Initiation or improvement sessions in group or private lessons.
BIG WALL CLIMBING
> The big wall route... an adventure to try whether you are a beginner or an expert climber.
> Learn the different techniques of progression and abseiling, rope spirit.
> Come and live beautiful vertical moments, I adapt myself to your level of practice in long route in a perspective of pleasure of climbing and gain in autonomy: first long route equipped alone or with friends (Buech, Devoluy, Orpierre...), improvement in long route equipped (Gillardes, Archiane, Orpierre, Verdon...), or even discovery or improvement in Terrain of adventure (Archiane, Orpierre, Verdon...).
VIA SOUTERRATA
This underground via ferrata, equipped in the Chourum des Tunes, is a nice crossing that allows you to learn about caving and the geological and hydrological keys of the Dévoluy massif. In summer, the temperature in the cave is 10°C, so bring warm sportswear, good shoes, water and a sweet snack to take out of the bag. The via souterrata is accessible from the age of 11 (the required height is 1m40).
After being equipped with full caving suits, helmets with lights, gloves, harnesses and via ferrata lanyards, a 20 minute approach walk (departure from the Superdévoluy snow front) will lead us to the entrance of the chourum. During 1h30, we will follow the cable route of the cave, alternating between horizontal walks, small narrowings and climbs, while trying to perceive the mysteries of the origin of the caves, the formation of the concretions and the formidable capacity of adaptation of the organisms which live under ground. We will take the time, in total darkness, to look into the dark and to listen to the sounds of the caves so that their serenity echoes in us.
SPELEOLOGY
Introduction to the Puits des Bans
Come and explore with your family (from 11 years old), one of the most important caves of the Dévoluy. Located not far from the village of Saint Disdier, the Puits des Bans is an integral part of the hydrological enigma of the massif, since it constitutes from time to time an outlet for the water coming out of the Gillardes resurgence.
After having equipped ourselves for our underground adventure (wetsuits, helmets, boots, gloves, kneepads) we will walk for 15 minutes and cross the Souloise stream to reach the entrance of the cave. With the help of a small inflatable boat, we will avoid getting wet by crossing the 2 big 'lakes' of the entrance (they are in fact shallow but very wet basins!), until we enter a big room where we will make a playful loop. This path alternating between small easy climbs, narrow passages or gut, will be the occasion to look for clues in teams on the formation of limestone caves, the fairy shapes that can be found there (stalactite, stalagmite, draperies, columns, gours...) and to learn a lot of things about the past and present animals of the caves.

Family outing to Agnielles :
Discover with your family (from the youngest 6 years old), the joys of caving. The cave of the resurrection located in the gorges of Agnielles, (40 minutes from Superdévoluy) conceals many secrets... geological and animal.
Equipped with caving suits (which can be dirtied at will) and helmets with lamps, we will overcome the dreaded approach walk (10 minutes) to enter a stunning and unusual world. Beautiful cave, which after a little crawling (yes, it is super fun to crawl like an earthworm), reveals a large room with beautiful volumes, then parallel galleries on two levels, allowing us in turn to play in the narrow passages, to model clay, to observe pretty concretions and to awaken our curiosity about the cave environment, all this while having fun of course.
The activity lasts 1h30 underground.
