Florence, Océane & Kévin Rostain are a farming family that brings together 3 generations on the farm.
The breeding of meat cows Charolaises, Salers, Limousines and Aubrac is installed at the foot of Céüze.

The calves are bred under the mother to offer year-round meat of a taste and exceptional quality that only can bring an outdoor pasture.
The approved meat cutting workshop guarantees perfect hygiene by a short circuit between producer and consumer, for a good traceability.
The meat is vacuum packed for better tasting and ease of use in fresh or frozen form.
Céüze basket: beef 'heifer'.
An assortment of: rib steak or steak, rosbeef, fondue, steaks (fillet, rib eye, bib, rump steak ...) lark, pot au feu, stew, chuck or braised in winter, sausages and grilled meats in summer.
Packaged separately under vacuum, weighed and labeled: from 3 to 9 kg: 12,50 € / kg

Available on order: Rolled veal head, beef tongue, tripe, kidney and heart are available to order.
Purchases of meat basket are made on reservation at least the old one.
Visits will take place all year, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays on reservations. The schedules of the visits are to be confirmed during the reservation.
Visit of the farm, the barn and the cutting workshop.
20 people maximum per visit.
Visits are free of charge when buying or ordering meat.
