L'Hermitane is located in Remollon in the Hautes Alpes, at the foot of the Serre-Ponçon dam, only 20 minutes from Gap. The name 'Hermitane' comes from the stream that runs alongside our warehouses.
Our farm now produces a wide range of succulent fruit and vegetables. Our orchards in Remollon are specific because they bring together the soil and climate conditions that are adapted and ideal for each species of fruit that we produce to supply the point of sale and the markets with fresh fruit and the canning and confectionery industry for the industrial processing of our fruit.
Our objectives in our 'agriculture raisonnée' (sustainable agriculture) approach are to produce quality fruit and vegetables, to respect the environment and natural resources and to ensure the profitability of our farm.
