Close to the border of the Hautes-Alpes department and the Alpes de Haute Provence department, Maffren confectioner make sweets since 1945, calissons, nougats, almond pastes, toffees and others which gave them their reputation and highlight the value and the quality of local products (Procençal and moutain products).
Maffren confectioner has been able to develop while keeping their founding values. Each man and woman who work there ensure to hand down their savoir-faire and the respect of the manufacture traditional methods in which we revisit yeasteryear's recipes.
Traditional or reinvented, those recipes enhance by the meticulous selection of the quality and origin of the ingredients.
Our desire is to highlight the unique flavours and fragrances of Provence and the Alps.
