Just above Gap and 10 minutes from the shop, Damien and Laurence raise a herd of a hundred Limousin cows on the family land.
We are producers on a small family farm. We work in relation with the soil, the animals and the environment. labelled 'AB' and 'sols vivants'
The Gaec St Roch has been working on the quality of the meat of its cows and calves for 19 years. Initially, they chose to market their animals themselves. Installing a cutting room on the spot is the assurance of being able to work directly with their butcher and to constantly improve the product. The direct contact with the customer in the shop is part of the same approach, the quality feedback is instantaneous and benefits everyone.
