Ideally located in the 'le Château' neighborhood with only 5 houses. The chalet is 200 m from the entrance to Ville Haute with Névache's historic center, bakery and church.
Very well placed for all summer and winter activities: hiking, biking, mountain biking and close to cross-country ski trails.
The chalet is functional and spacious, with an open-plan living space including kitchen, dining room and lounge, a fireplace, a large terrace and a garden with direct views of the mountains.
It is laid out on 3 levels:
- A large 'cellar': with ample storage capacity (hiking gear, mountain bikes, skis, etc.) as well as a heated room fitted out for boot removal: bench, coat racks, storage lockers, drying facilities.
- First floor with :
Entrance hall with cupboards and wood storage.
A vast space with a dining room, a living room, a fireplace, a library, a bar and a kitchen equipped with a cooking piano. Access to the terrace.
A large south-facing terrace with wooden garden furniture and parasol.
One bedroom with double bed (160x200), closet and desk, mountain views.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and WC.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- First floor with exposed beams and velux windows:
3 bedrooms with 160x200 beds, desks and closets, including 2 bedrooms with TV and mountain views.
1 bathroom with shower, double washbasin.
Separate WC.
Spacious living room with TV and DVD player.
Library with books, magazines and board games.
2 single beds available on request.
The rental price includes bed linen (beds made for your arrival) and towels, including a bath mat.
WI-FI access with code provided on arrival.
Travelers have access to all the accommodation and outdoor areas: large 'garden' overlooking the mountains at the rear of the chalet.
For your stay, start-up products are provided, including dishwasher tablets, hand dishwashing liquid, kitchen and bathroom sponges, tea towels and hand towels, paper towels, laundry tablets, toilet paper and cleaning kits.
On prior request, we can provide baby and children's equipment: cot, changing mat, bouncer, bathtub, potty, baby chair, stroller, baby carrier, baby backpack, games, children's books, cartoon DVDs.
A raclette machine and charcoal barbecue (charcoal not supplied) are available in the chalet.
Private parking for 4 cars.
The end-of-stay cleaning charge of 120 euros is extra if you wish to do without it.
Rental from Saturday to Saturday.
