Located 1 km from the Embrun lake (swimming) and Lac de Serre-Ponçon, where all water sports are available. (Paddle, Sailing, Canoeing, Kite-Surfing, Windsurfing...)
Hiking nearby (Pic Morgon, Mont Méale, Mont Guillaume, Aiguilles de Chabrières...)
To access Les Orres (Ski): Shuttle bus stop close to the flat.
This accommodation has a large balcony with a magnificent view of Mont Guillaume and the Aiguilles de Chabrières.
You'll fall in love with the sunsets as you enjoy your meals on the terrace.
The residence is very quiet and the building backs onto a beautiful forest where a boulodrome awaits you.
The studio is warm and well-designed (separate kitchen in the entrance hall), and very functional as it is equipped with a washing machine: your holidays will be all the more relaxing!
You will also appreciate the 6 [m²] cellar available for storing your bikes, skis and/or small water sports equipment.
Finally, we leave at your disposal: coffee machine, raclette machine, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, magnifying mirror...

Reservation deposit: 100 € (Cheque to be sent no later than 1 month before the date of arrival)
Cleaning deposit: 100 € (Cheque cashed if the cleaning is not done, as noted during the departure inventory)
Apartment deposit: 200 € (Cheque not cashed, returned after the inventory if no damage is noted in the flat)
NOTA: These three cheques must be included in the same mailing.
