Large detached house with traditional architecture in a charming hamlet between Provence and Lac de Serre-Ponçon. The house is laid out over 2 levels with a large living room with fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and spacious sitting area around the wood-burning stove (wood provided). Access to a large conservatory and private garden. On the same level, a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms (6 single beds 90cm and one double bed 140cm), shower room and separate WC. One of the bedrooms is on 2 levels and has a sitting area, private shower room and WC. Electric heating and a wood-burning stove efficiently heat the large living room, and radiators in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the large, enclosed, south-facing garden with trees and shade. Private covered parking for 3 vehicles. Possibility of equipment room. Sheets and towels provided, beds made on arrival. The owners offer tours of their organic market-gardening farm on request. The accommodation is located near the Durance valley, close to the Serre-Ponçon lake. You'll be able to take advantage of this exceptional environment and the many discovery and outdoor activities on offer in the region, including hiking, mountain biking trails and lakes.
