Welcome to our charming duplex in Gap, a haven of serenity nestled between lush countryside and urban proximity. Located less than 10 minutes from the city center, this 45 m² apartment combines modern comfort, relaxing peace and quiet, and accessibility. Perfect for a family, couple, or business trip, it offers an ideal break to recharge your batteries or work in complete peace.
**On the ground floor**, you'll find a large, warm and bright room featuring a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy dining area, and a sofa bed (140 cm) for a comfortable night's sleep. A functional bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet completes this level.
**Upstairs**, the spacious bedroom features a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bedding has been carefully selected for its comfort, meeting the expectations of even the most discerning travelers.
For families, we offer a crib and high chair upon prior request. Need to freeze your groceries? A small freezer is also available upon request.
The exterior is charming: a patio and a small grassy area invite you to relax or read al fresco. On the practical side, a large free parking lot can accommodate up to four vehicles and features a motorcycle shelter and a bicycle garage.
