Charming 90m2 3-storey Névachaise house with 200 M2 garden - Ville Haute - Ideal for 6 adults and 4 children (not suitable for children under 6).

Ground floor: separate sunken kitchen and 30m2 living room (with wood-burning stove) opening onto the garden in front of the house (outdoor table and barbecue) + 1 double bedroom with bath and wc

1st floor: 2 bedrooms with 140 x 200 beds and balcony, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet.

2nd floor: (access by ladder with guardrail): sloping dormitory room with 4 x 90 x 200 mattresses.

There is also a small garden at the rear of the house, through which access to the house is gained. There is no reserved parking space. It is possible to drive into rue de Nîmes (which is a dead-end street) to drop off luggage. It is not possible to park there. Parking is available at the entrance to the ville haute village (200m).

The Clarée valley is a wild and unspoilt area in the heart of the Alps. 'La maison de Lily' is a stone house in the pure Névachais style, renovated for modern comfort. Very cosy, located in the heart of the village, it gives you access to all the hikes and lakes for which Névache is famous. The village is 21 km from Briançon, 3 km from the Col de l'échelle to Italy (Bardonnecchia) and 8 km from the Fontcouverte waterfall.
