The flat is currently being renovated and will be available from summer 2024! Photos will be posted online in the spring. In the meantime, here are a few photos of the view and a detailed description of the layout. La maison du Plongeoir, is made up of 4 spacious flats with tasteful decor, lake views and private exteriors. Le Panoramique for 6 guests with its large terrace overlooking the lake and its 3 bedrooms. Le Cosy, available from March 2024, can accommodate 2 guests. And finally, Le Duplex and L'Annexe, two comfortable T3 apartments on the upper floor, which will each accommodate 4 guests by summer 2024. The outdoor areas of these last 3 flats are side by side.
Organisation of 'Le Duplex' flat:
- Ground floor: bright main living area with fitted kitchen, sitting room overlooking Serre Ponçon lake and 1 attractive bathroom
- First floor, under the rafters: 1 bedroom with 1 comfortable 160cm bed with velux window and adjoining small bathroom (WC + shower + washbasin) open onto the bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds with its own small washbasin area
- a north-facing terrace with a dining area and recliners

- 1 dedicated parking space and an enclosed garage shared with the other tenants for storing skis, sledges, mountain bikes, water sports equipment...
Please note:
- bed linen and towels are provided for all occupants
- cleaning is included but bins must be emptied on departure and sheets must be removed
- late parties are not permitted out of respect for nearby occupants
- pets are not permitted
- baby kit on request subject to availability, extra charge payable on site : 30€
Arrival is at your convenience. I will not be present during your stay but will be available to answer any questions you may have.
