Breakfast table and large (extendable) lunch table opening onto terrace, wood-burning stove.
> Large, bright, comfortable living room (26m2) with large sofas, flat-screen TV, DVD player, satellite TNT (300 channels), free broadband WIFI, Bluetooth music speaker, board games. Large picture windows offer panoramic mountain views and direct access to a vast terrace and planted garden (large solid wood table and outdoor benches). Not overlooked.
> Master bedroom (double bed, 160cm wide) with storage space and direct access to shower room/wc.
> Shower room (shower, storage space, towel dryer, hairdryer) with WC.

> All bedrooms have storage space, two of which open onto a balcony.
> Bedding: recent beds with slatted bases, firm mattresses, waterproof undersheets, very warm comforters, pillows and undersheets.
Sheets and/or towels can be supplied (optional extra).
> Heating: electric convector heaters in all rooms and wood-burning stove (logs available free of charge). Double glazing throughout for excellent insulation.
Rental period: all year round: weekly, short or medium stays, weekends (minimum 2 nights outside school vacations).
Rental contract: drawn up directly with the owners and sent by e-mail or post (with general conditions, plan and explanatory letter).

Rates include rental nights, reception, utilities, high-speed wifi and end-of-stay cleaning.
In addition: tourist tax: €1.40/night/adult (compulsory tax paid to the Commune).
Optional: rental of sheets (13€/bed) and/or towels (6€/pers) on request when contract is signed.
Payment: directly to the owner by cheque or bank transfer (deposit 50% on signing the contract, balance payment 1 month before arrival. Payment of tourist tax and options on arrival + deposit cheque)
