This 1-star furnished flat is on the 1st floor of a renovated former sheepfold. It has been carefully furnished to ensure your comfort and can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a family, a couple or friends looking for peace and quiet. The wooden furniture lends a warm and authentic atmosphere to the space
You will find a fully equipped and spacious living room, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), a sofa bed (140 cm), a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. Towels and bed linen are provided.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, we provide a laundry area and a children's cot free of charge.
Located in the heart of the Avance Valley, the hamlet of Les Borels in La Bâtie-Neuve offers easy access to local attractions in both summer and winter: Serre-Ponçon lake (15 mins by car) for water sports and beaches, the ski resorts (25 mins by car) of the Gapençais, Champsaur and Embrunais valleys for winter sports (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, toboggan runs, snowshoeing...), the Chorges market (10 minutes' drive away) for tasting local produce or the Tallard aerodrome (25 minutes' drive away) for aerial activities (gliding, parachuting, etc.), as well as the convenience and urban amenities of Gap (10 minutes' drive away - shops, services, public facilities, etc.).
If you're planning to stay in large numbers, you can rent our second ground-floor flat, 'CASA Moissière', located in the same building as 'CASA Piolit'. This will enable you to stay up to 8 people comfortably in the same place, ideal for family reunions or getaways with friends.
You can park your car in complete safety in our private, enclosed and free outdoor car park. The flat has access to an open-air garden, perfect for relaxing.
In addition, an enclosed indoor space is also available for those wishing to park bikes and motorbikes, providing shelter for two-wheeled enthusiasts.
Pets are not allowed in the property. Smoking is not permitted inside the accommodation.
The accommodation is located at the entrance to the hamlet of Les Borels (more precisely, 10 metres after the hamlet entrance sign, on your left coming from the village of La Bâtie-Neuve).
The hosts will welcome you on arrival.
Housework at the end of your stay must be carried out by you or by the host at an additional cost of 50 euros (request and payment to be made on arrival).
