The high standard 220 m² new chalet can accommodate 10 to 12 people. It comprises
- on the ground floor: entrance with a large cupboard, mountain room, utility room (washing machine), toilet and home cinema room (video projector);
- on the first floor: a large 70 m² living room with fireplace and very well-equipped kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine) leading onto two terrace-balconies facing south and west, a toilet with handbasin, a master bedroom, with double bed, leading onto the terrace, private walk-in shower;
- on the second floor: a large mezzanine to sleep two (90 x 190 cm), a master bedroom (double bed (160 x 200 cm) shower room and toilet) with a small balcony, a bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200 cm) (separate or joined) and a children’s bedroom with four beds (90 x 190 cm), a shower and separate toilet.
3 parking spaces.
Two terrace-balconies, 12 m² and 15 m² facing south and west respectively overlooking the shaded grounds: garden furniture and barbecue.

As you leave Vallouise, turn right, then immediately right onto Rue de la Pierre Sainte. At the following crossroads, turn left onto Chemin Pra Peyron. The chalet is 150 m on the left.
