Jean-Claude Pennetier, a major figure on the French piano scene, returns for an exceptional closing concert. His return to the festival, ten years after his first 'in loco' concert, is sure to be an event.

Jean-Claude Pennetier is not only an exceptional pianist: he's an artist in his own right, whose every performance is a true inner experience. Considered one of the last great masters of the French piano, he is now rare, playing only outside the major circuits and in select settings. After his anniversary concert at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées in 2022, his appearance at Haute-Clarée marks a special moment. He will perform the following works:

BRAHMS: Six Pieces, Op. 118
BEETHOVEN: Sonata Op. 111
