Providers: all service providers, groups of service providers, reservations centres, Tourist Offices and services, estate agencies, etc. that provide tourist or other services, that are available on the Sites.

 

CONTENT AND RESPONSABILITY FOR CONTENT

Using and browsing of l’Agence Départementale de Développement Economique et Touristique des Hautes-Alpes’ Site implies unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

The websites concerned by these general terms and conditions are solely intended to facilitate contact between Hautes-Alpes tourist operators and individuals and/or professionals looking to learn, or learn more about the departement through produce and/or trips for sport, nature or tourism. 

The aim of these sites is to help individual or professional on line users to search for information, accommodation, all-inclusive holidays and other tourist services provided by the Providers and to reserve and buy the services directly from the afore mentioned via the white label. 

Therefore, L'Agence Départementale de Développement Economique et Touristique des Hautes-Alpes does not market any tourist services but provides a computer platform for Providers, that make up the present Sites, thus grouping the tourist offer of the departement’s Providers.

L'Agence Départementale de Développement Economique et Touristique des Hautes-Alpes does not receive any fees for providing the platform. 

Therefore, L'Agence Départementale de Développement Economique et Touristique des Hautes-Alpes does not operate as a travel agent as covered by article L.211-1 et seq. of the Code du Tourisme and consequently cannot take on obligations deriving from them.

The Websites that are the subject of the present general terms and conditions have been carefully designed and are regularly updated. L'Agence Départementale de Développement Economique et Touristique des Hautes-Alpes makes every effort to ensure that the information published on the sites, information managed by the Providers, is exact. 

With regard to products and tourist holidays where there is access to on line reservations via the Sites of l'Agence Départementale de Développement Economique et Touristique des Hautes-Alpes (white label), the general terms and conditions of each service provided by the Providers are available when confirming the reservation. Territorial Reservation Centres, travel agents, Gîtes de France, Pegasus, Logis de France, estate agencies and activity providers of the Hautes-Alpes are also likely to publish their offers on the Websites for firm bookings or pre-bookings, as all-inclusive packages (Providers that are affiliated to Atout France), holiday ideas, accommodation offers or for activities and leisure. The tourism Providers are solely and exclusively responsible for the lawfulness, veracity and accuracy of their tariffs and the completeness and update of information relating to the products:

OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER
