Large chalet flat of 140 m2 in a renovated country house located in the hamlet of Les Boussardes at an altitude of 1626 m, 6 kms upstream from Monétier-les-Bains, in the high valley of the Guisane, in the direction of the Col du Lautaret.
The chalet is very convivial with on the ground floor a large living room of about 70 m2 composed of a modern kitchen open on a bright dining room and a staggered living room on the middle floor opening on a large balcony/terrace.
On the upper floor are 3 bedrooms under the eaves (2 with double bed in 140 and 1 with twin beds in 90) of about 12 M2 each one of which with a large balcony. 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub complete the whole.
All the rooms are very bright (south-west facing) and offer beautiful views of the surrounding wilderness, particularly from the living room which benefits from a large panoramic window.
Other: wood for the stove in the living room, ski room, separate entrance, 2 WCs, storage cupboards, tumble dryer, TV, DVDs, WIFI, floor heating.
