- A separate living room with a closed door, equipped with a sofa with pull-out beds (sleeps 2).
- A shower room with sink.
- Separate toilet.
- A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, mini oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine...
- South-facing balcony with table, chairs, and deck chair to enjoy the sun and the view.
