Quietly situated away from the main road, on a 2000m² plot of land planted with trees, it can comfortably accommodate 10 people and is available for rent all year round.
The first level comprises the entrance, the garage and ski room and the boiler room. A modern staircase leads to the main level, where there is a majestic 80m² living room with bay windows opening onto the terrace and the garden, and dominated by a mezzanine.
The dining room extends into the kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room.
On the 1st floor, there is a large study opening onto the mezzanine overlooking the living room, a very large bedroom and its en-suite bathroom.
The 2nd floor has 2 bedrooms sharing a balcony, and a bathroom.
