Located in the very centre of Vallouise, Mélèze is a duplex apartment on the first floor of a superb alpine chalet that is tastefully decorated. Fenced garden and private parking. The apartment covers the first and second floors. On the first floor there is a bathroom with a large shower, a washbasin and washing machine. There are also two separate toilets, a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, TV, CD and DVD player and fully equipped kitchen with French windows opening onto the balcony.
The kitchen has an oven, four electric rings, a fridge, an electric kettle and coffee maker as well as all the usual kitchen utensils.
On the second floor there are two bedrooms. The first has a double and a single bed and the second has two single beds.
The fenced private garden has a barbecue and a bench and is directly at the foot of the apartment providing shade in the summer and a large play area for children in winter. Close to the front door of the apartment is a practical balcony facing the rising sun with a large area below it to store canoes or other outdoor activity equipment.
