A D.E. trainee mountain leader, passionate about the Briançonnais region, and more particularly the Clarée, and a year-round resident of the Clarée, Hélène will be delighted to help you discover the playground of this beautiful valley, particularly in trail running or rando course! The Haute-Clarée and the Massif des Cerces are just incredible, but the entrance to the valley is also well worth a visit. Hélène would like to show you some of her own trails, the unusual, hidden paths she uses for trail-running training. Flat valley floors, gentle or technical terrain, long or half-day outings, the Clarée abounds in itineraries to knit together endlessly, and Hélène will be delighted to take you there! She's keen to share her passion for the mountains with you, through trail-running. She'll be offering trail-running courses in spring and autumn, so that you can enjoy the luxury of light, atmosphere and color that the mountains, and in particular the Clarée, offer day after day. If a course doesn't go ahead due to lack of applicants, she'll be on hand to meet your trail requirements for a full or half day. She also loves passing through small mountain villages, and why not take a break for a drink or a bite to eat to meet the locals, and experience the Clarée valley in its entirety.
