The incomparable flora of the high altitude produces honey of renowned finesse and delicate taste. Thanks to the transhumance of the hives, you can also taste honeys from thyme, heather, lavender, acacia, rosemary or forest, depending on the harvest and the year.
Royal jelly and pollen will put you back in shape if you need it, or prepare you for an excellent winter.
Of course, you can also take home honey sweets, white and black nougats with lavender honey, caramels, gingerbread and nonnettes, all of which are much appreciated by gourmets.
The store has many other surprises and specialities: genepy, for example, natural aperitifs, herbal teas...
