The 'Croquette' has become emblematic of the Queyras region, and can be enjoyed at any time of day.
This cookie is made on site in the workshop and sold in the store. All the goodness inside! Only the raw materials needed to make the croquettes are used, such as fresh eggs; no additives, preservatives or artificial flavors. The taste of the croquettes lies in the main ingredient, generously added to guarantee their unique flavor.
