Located near the Fort, the cheese dairy of Château-Queyras reveals you the culinary treasures of its store all year long and makes you discover a wide range of organic and traditional cheeses resulting from our mountain milk.
This artisanal production is representative of an ancestral human know-how and of a high quality, linked to the system of pastoralism.
Gourmet, gourmet, to you the soft and unctuous pasta, our Bleu du Queyras in the course of certification A.O.P., our Viso or our raclette Estoilie are all to be tasted... or to melt (of pleasure!).
The Cheese Factory is open all year round, for everyone's pleasure, and offers a visit of the workshop and the cellars on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 9:30 am upon reservation (5€ per person, free for children under 12)
For the gourmets who are geographically far away, she offers mail order via the website.
