Products: home-made charcuterie, 'Mountain' appellation: sausages, hams, terrines, caillettes, sausages, head cheese, pies, cooked tripe, pieds paquets...; local meats: mountain appellation pork and 'Guil et Durance' lamb. Quality poultry.
