►Day 1 - Arrival:
On arrival at the hotel, you'll take time to settle in and get to know the team. Afterwards, an aperitif is planned in the presence of your tour leader, with advice and conviviality on the agenda for the presentation of your stay. In the evening, you can relax and enjoy a meal served in our restaurant from 7.30pm.
►Day 2 - Col de la Paré 2155m - Balcon de la Meije
Before setting off on your hike, your supervisor will provide you with the equipment: TSL-type plate snowshoes and hiking poles as well as a DVA, probe and shovel.
You'll start off with a day of warm-up to discover, at your own pace, an exceptional panorama of the Meije massif.
A steady climb from the hotel will take you to this small pass between two valleys. Along the way, you'll have the opportunity to observe the fauna: roe deer, chamois, large birds of prey...
This fun-filled day will give you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the snowshoeing equipment and poles, as well as with personal safety equipment (avalanche transceivers, probes and shovels).

►Day 3 - Le Clôt des Vaches 2278 m - Au Royaume du bouquetin
An out-and-back day in the heart of the Cerces massif. This route takes us close to the new Monêtier communal refuge and its view of the Barre des Ecrins. Ibex observation. Notions of geology.
We pass close to the new Clos des Vaches refuge.
Elevation gain: 570m
Effective walking time excluding break and picnic: 4h to 4h30
Overall duration of the day: 6h30 to 7h
►Day 4 - Côte Rouge circuit through the forest 2277m - INCONTOURNABLE
This day will take place on the adret facing the Meije and its glaciers, with the first part evolving in the forest.
This 'traversée' route offers a beautiful panorama stretching from the north of the Ecrins massif to the Grandes Rousses massif.
As you pass through the hamlet of Les Clots, you'll be able to develop a theme on the traditional architecture of the Haute Romanche.
Difference in altitude (positive and negative): 470m + / 520m -.

►Day 5 - Objective discussed together (New for 2026)
This winter, your guide offers you the opportunity to program two days that will satisfy as many people as possible, from those discovering the Pays de la Meije and the Ecrins to those who have already been on our level 2 snowshoeing trips.
When you return on D6, we'll be happy to offer you a short debriefing over a drink.
►Day 6 - Objective discussed together (New for 2026)
This winter, your guide offers you the opportunity to program two days that will satisfy as many people as possible, from those discovering the Pays de la Meije and the Ecrins to those who have already been on our level 2 snowshoeing holidays.
When you return on D6, we'll be happy to offer you a short debriefing over a drink.
►Day 7: The end of your trip
After a sporting and emotionally rich week, it will already be time to say goodbye after breakfast. This trip is level 2 (moderate) it is elaborated for those looking for an active and contemplative discovery.
►In order to enjoy this trip:
Be used to mountain hiking, snowshoeing experience at this level is preferable.
Be able to hike for 3h30 to 4h30 of effective walking per day on a positive difference in altitude ranging from 400 to 600m.
Technical aspects: Our valley is 'alpine', so you'll need to be able to negotiate slopes that are sometimes overhanging.
