The association 'Coeur et Mains' takes care of you with massages adapted to your needs:
- Relaxing and harmonising massage, Californian style, gentle, enveloping, encouraging relaxation, letting go, an inner journey to meet oneself; 'hands rest, energy flows'.
- An invigorating and energising deep-tissue massage, designed to relax the muscles and help you recover, 'an encounter with your own tensions'.
Techniques from Shiatsu, Korean Relaxation and Foot Reflexology accompany and complement these Well-Being Massages to release blockages, stress and fatigue.
- Body-psychotherapy treatments, based on Somatotherapy, a body and energy mediated therapy, such as REIKI, REBIRTH, NLP and EFT, where the body's memory is the reference point, bearing witness to our experiences. Access to our tensions, conflicts and feelings is facilitated by the helping relationship and the reassuring touch, movement, breathing and verbalisation. Techniques for self-fulfilment, in a process of personal development, brief therapies; 'the art of transforming our fragility into strength and potential'.
