Foot reflexology is the practice of applying digital pressure to so-called 'reflex zones', mainly on the feet and hands, corresponding to the body's tissues and organs.
It is a marvellous tool for maintenance and prevention as an adjunct to other medical treatments.
I massage you at my practice, but also at home, at your workplace or holiday destination, in hospitals and retirement homes. I come with my own massage chair and organic oils, so all you have to do is let yourself go!
My practice is 15 minutes from Briançon, 1 hour from Gap, 10 minutes from Vallouise and 30 minutes from Embrun.
