L'Echaillon wellness area

The l'Echaillon wellness area features a sauna, a steam room and a Storvatt (wood-fired whirlpool bath), as well as a massage room.
The hammam soothes muscular tension and aches, and promotes sleep. And outside, with your head in the stars, the storvatt, our whirlpool bath, will envelop you in its red cedar fragrance.

Possibility of joining hotel guests between 5 and 7 p.m.: €15 per hour per person.
Or reserve a private time slot from 4 to 5 pm or 7 to 8 pm: from 75€ to 150€ depending on the number of people (maximum 10).

For even more relaxation, we offer the services of our two professional masseuses by appointment.

MASSAGES
We have a massage room, where our masseuses can offer you a range of massages with essential oils. Massages are optional and must be booked in advance. Rates range from €55 to €90, depending on duration.

Each masseuse will adapt her massage to your needs, for your greatest well-being!

Quick body massage and/or deepening on areas of tension. Ideal for recovery and circulation.
But far too little to let go!

Total body massage. The ideal time to relax and gather yourself, to become totally aware of your contours.
75 minutes
Beyond relaxation, the journey begins! The masseuse will take the time to shape your entire body
while releasing existing tensions.
90 minutes
At last, time to let go! Let yourself travel... space-time stretches, the body relaxes, cells regenerate...
you'll probably forget the day's date, but that's a good sign!

Cranio-sacral therapy allows you to evacuate accumulated tension from deep within your body. Light, precise pressure points
to release the various restrictions affecting your cranio-sacral system.
Beyond the relaxation it brings, this gentle manual method supports the body in its natural 'self-healing' role by mobilizing available resources. A (re)connection to your body to (re)define its contours, feel your limits... It's also an opportunity to cleanse and strengthen your energy field, release tension and movement restrictions and regain the fluidity needed to open up your centers of strength.
